You’re good at your job. You’d be even better with the right support behind you.
We provide clinical supervision for paediatric occupational therapists across Australia. Online, paediatric-specific, and grounded in the reality of complex disability caseloads.
We’ve had the privilege of great supervision throughout our careers. We’ve seen what itdoes — for clinical reasoning, for confidence, for the sustainability of this work. That’s why supporting other paediatric OTs is a core part of what we do at Kids + Co.Lab.
Our supervisors have worked across the full breadth of community paediatric disability practice. We understand the NDIS. We understand complex caseloads. And we understand what it’s like to sit with a case that doesn’t have a neat answer.
Whether you’re an early career OT finding your feet, an experienced clinician wanting a thinking partner, or a solo practitioner navigating a caseload that probably needs four people — we’ve got something for you.
What OTs are saying
“Thanks so much for sending these resources through and for your help today- my mind always feels more focused after our sessions”
— Hannah D, Director/Occupational Therapist, Play Learn Grow Therapy
The most valuable part of supervision is… “Access to an experienced OT who actively listens, understands NDIS and provides me with resources, interventions and recommendations to use within my practice.”
- Supervisee
“I have been provided with a great service which has helped me problem solve difficult situations, advance my clinical reasoning and support my growth as an early career OT.”
— Kate S, Occupational Therapist

1:1 Clinical Supervision
Your cases, your questions, your growth. One-on-one with an experienced paediatric OT supervisor.
This is dedicated, reflective supervision — the kind that actually moves you forward. Each session is tailored to what you bring: a tricky case, an ethical dilemma, a skill gap you’re ready to address, or the quiet question of whether you’re doing this right.
We don’t do tick-a-box supervision. We do real clinical thinking, together.
Delivered online. Available Australia wide.
Who it’s for: Solo practitioners, early career OTs, experienced clinicians wanting an external thinking partner, and OTs whose internal supervision isn’t paediatric-specific.
Pricing: Single session (60 min) — $240 + GST | 5-session pack — $1,000 + GST 10-session pack — $2,000 + GST

Complex.Lab
Group supervision for paediatric OTs working with children with complex disability. Led by Kacey. Built around the cases that keep you up at night.
Complex.Lab is a small group supervision cohort for paediatric OTs whose caseloads go deep. We’re talking about kids in special schools, children with ASD level 3, Cerebral Palsy GMFCS 3–5, rare genetic conditions, childhood dementia, muscular dystrophies, and other progressive or high-complexity presentations.
If you work in this space, you know the cases don’t come with a manual. Complex.Lab gives you a peer group that gets it — and a senior OT to think it through with.
Led by Kacey Watson, Senior OT at Kids + Co.Lab. Small cohort, limited places, purely paediatric OT.
Delivered online. 90 minutes, offered four-weekly.
Who it’s for: Paediatric OTs with a complex disability caseload who want peer connection, case-based learning, and a low-cost monthly supervision touchpoint.
Pricing: Introductory trial session — $100 + GST | 5-session pack — $562 + GST | Casual drop-in — $120 + GST

Co.Consult
A second set of clinical eyes — live, in your session, with your client.
Co.Consult is a telehealth joint session where one of our senior clinicians joins you and your client in real time. With your client’s consent, we’re in the room with you — for a complex AT trial, a seating assessment you’re uncertain about, a postural management question, or any clinical moment where you want experienced eyes alongside yours.
You hold the therapeutic relationship. We bring the clinical backup.
Available live or async. Your choice.
Who it’s for: Regional and solo OTs who don’t have a colleague to call. OTs new to complex disability or AT prescription. Clinicians navigating a case outside their usual scope.
Pricing: Contact us for a quote based on your needs.

Draft.Lab
Your report. Our eyes. Better documentation, faster.
Sometimes you just need someone to look over your work. Draft.Lab is our report and documentation review service — available as a dedicated session replacement, a live working session, or async written feedback on your draft.
Bring your AT justification report, your NDIS functional capacity assessment, your letter of support, or any clinical document you want strengthened before it goes out.
Practical, specific feedback from a paediatric OT who understands what planners, families, and allied health teams need to see.
Who it’s for: OTs wanting to improve their report writing, clinicians preparing complex AT justifications, and practitioners who want a second opinion before submitting a document.
Pricing: Covered within your 1:1 supervision session rate, or available as a standalone — contact us to discuss.
